Acceptable Use
Do not misuse ScreenPup, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, reverse engineer restricted parts of the app, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
No Guaranteed Results
ScreenPup can support healthier phone habits, but it cannot guarantee productivity, focus, wellbeing, or reduced screen time. The app is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
Subscriptions And Payments
If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be shown at purchase or in the applicable app store flow.
Intellectual Property
ScreenPup, including its name, interface, content, branding, and product design, belongs to its owner or licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it except as allowed by law or written permission.
Service Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of ScreenPup as the product changes. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects users.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScreenPup is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and ScreenPup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
