Help
Quick answers for setting up focus blocks, app limits, schedules, and weekly screen-time reports.
Getting Started
Start from the home screen, choose a focus duration, turn on app blocking, and press Start. ScreenPup will keep the session visible so you can stay oriented without digging through settings.
Creating A Block
Open Blocks, tap the add button, then choose Schedule, Time Limit, or App Lock. Schedules are best for repeat focus windows. Time limits are best for daily caps. App locks are best when you want to limit how often an app can be opened.
Choosing Apps To Block
Select Apps Blocked inside a schedule or block setup screen. Pick the apps that usually interrupt your focus, then save the block. You can change the blocked app list later.
Understanding Stats
The Stats screen shows your focus score, screen time, and weekly culprits. Use it to spot which apps are taking the most time and decide where a stronger block would help.
Troubleshooting
If a block is not working, check that ScreenPup has the required app access permissions on your device, confirm the block is active, and make sure the schedule time and selected days match your current session.
Contact
For support, use the support channel listed in the app. If you are on the launch list, you can also reply to a ScreenPup update email.
